This company is currently on the hunt for a talented Designer or Lead Home Stager who can take on a part-time, contract role in McKinney, TX. This position requires managing and implementing residential staging from the planning phase up to the point it’s ready for a photo shoot. The ideal candidate will be someone creative and detail-oriented, who takes pleasure in physically doing the work and leading staging installations.

The main duties will include designing and planning staging layouts for residential properties, opting furniture and decor from the existing warehouse stock, and organizing and getting ready accessories for staging installs. Asides from these, the prospective hire will have to take charge and work hand in hand with the moving team during set-up, strategically set the position of furniture for optimum visual impact and flow, and stylize bookshelves, tables, consoles, and other decorative elements. You will also need to ensure beds are made professionally and ready for photos, and homes are completely staged and prepped for real estate photography.

To qualify, the candidate has to have experience in home staging, interior design, or any related field. They should have an eye for detail and strong skills in stylizing. The ability to lead stages and work alongside a team is essential. The person should be able to keep up in a fast-paced, deadline-centric environment and be physically capable to help with the lifting and on-site arrangement.
