They are interested in individuals who are friendly, honest, attention to detail and reliable to assist in organizing projects whenever required. Their ideal candidate should have an eye for organization, a helping hand and exceptional skill in bringing order to any given space. However, they may not have immediate job openings but they ensure to evaluate the applications often and reach out when an opportunity arises.

The potential employee upon being an associate organizer, will be expected to play a significant role in supporting clients and Lead Organizers during the organization projects. The individual should be considerably experienced than a Support Organizer and should be capable to work independently whilst following the outlined project plan. The person should be detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about organized spaces.

The associate organizer’s tasks will include participating in hands-on organizing projects working directly with clients or a Lead Organizer. They are looking for a candidate who can sort, categorize, and arrange items so as to maximize function and aesthetic appeal. The candidate will be responsible for giving clients guidance during the decluttering process and making decisions. They are expected to maintain harmony with organizing systems and project goals. Their job will also include playing a leadership role when necessary, offering directions to Support Organizers as required, and making sure that the client’s experience is positive, professional and discreet.

The ideal candidate for the position should have prior experience in organization, an innate talent for creating order, has the ability to work independently but also take directions from a Lead Organizer. They should be proactive, efficient, adaptable to different styles of organization and needs of the client. The individual should be commuted to details and a knack for solving problems. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Collin County is expected from the candidate. They are also looking forward to a candidate who would love to enjoy!

The job requires the individual to have availability as required and willing to take on projects with varying frequency based on the demand of clients. Scheduling will be based on availability, and the applicant should be ready to work during weekdays (mostly 9 AM – 3 PM) and/or weekends when needed. Sessions typically go from 4 to 6 hours and the job guarantees 0 – 20 hours per week.

The job comes with physical requirements as well. The ability to stand, bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs is mandatory. Comfort working in diverse home and office environments, including attics, basements and garages are a must. The job requires stamina for hands-on, physical work and extended periods of sorting, decluttering, and organizing.

The applicant should possess an Associate’s Degree or a Certification in any field of study. Having experience in professional organizing and direct work with clients is required. Prior experience in customer service, interior decorating, home staging or any other hands-on role is desired. This is a part-time job offering pay between $15.00 – $25.00 per hour. Benefits include a flexible schedule and a referral program. The schedule is a day shift from Monday to Friday and availability on weekends when needed.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of Professional Organizing experience, working directly with clients. High school or equivalent education is required. The candidate should also have a Driver’s License and should be able to mutate to Allen, TX 75013. The work location is in-person.
