This job opening is for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in home staging and currently residing in the Greater Austin Area. The position is with Addicted 2 Décor ATX (A2D), a full service home staging and interior design company. They’re seeking a full time or part time “Lead Home Stager”. The job requires work both at their office/warehouse in Lakeway/Spicewood, TX and onsite at client homes across Greater Austin.

The “Lead Home Stager” would be tasked with sourcing all staging elements from their warehouse and installing them in homes. They would join a team of dedicated stagers, warehouse crew, drivers, and sales staff.
Job responsibilities include selecting furniture, rugs, wall art, and accessories from their warehouse, loading and unloading small items, planning and installing staging items with their team, sourcing and researching new inventory, and collaborating with the rest of their team.
Required skills for this role include having at least 2 years of experience in home staging, passing a background check, having a clean driving record, and valid Texas driver’s license. The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, comfortable working long hours on their feet, and tolerant of hot Texas summer conditions due to moving stock from a warm truck into client homes.
The job can be either full-time or part-time and pays $20.00 – $25.00 per hour. The benefits of this position include an employee discount, paid time off, and a referral program. The work schedule comprises 10-hour shifts and excludes weekends.
Experience in Home Staging of 2 years (or more) is preferred. The work location is on-site. The applicant must be a resident of Greater Austin, TX area, able to pass a background check, and have a clean driving record.
