By the time their training ends, candidates will have created a sparkling portfolio dubbed a “Look Book” showcasing functional, beautiful, and brand-aligned work.

Day-to-day, they’ll transform spaces using the Home Story Method™, assure no harm befalls homes or inventory, pack vehicles, and organize tools. They’ll also handle communications with clients and team members.

Ideal candidates must have a “hero” mindset, taking pride in their work and taking charge of each home’s story. They ought to have creative energy but also not shy away from heavy lifting, be it moving furniture or heavy workloads. Comfortability with GSuite, Microsoft Office, and other new systems is also crucial. Any background in retail, events, or hospitality is a bonus because the role will entail intense detail management and adherence to strict deadlines.

In return, the company offers direct mentorship from industry experts, tangible growth opportunities, a professional portfolio, and great benefits like paid time off, holidays, and 401(k). The chance to belong to a purpose-driven team where talent is duly valued and recognized also awaits.
