They are searching for a motivated and diligent Staging Assistant to join their team near the Northeast Mall. This role requires pre-packing, installing, and removing home decor from homes for sale. Experience in merchandising or interior design is desirable. Also, the ability to problem-solve, work with a team or independently, and adhere to a design plan to build attractive home staging installations will be vital.
Staging assistants will help with pre-packing and installation of home decor for staging. They will collaborate with a team to complete staging projects timely and efficiently. They will abide by design plans and make necessary adjustments to enhance the aesthetics of a home. Effective communication with team members and clients is expected.
The assistant will resolve any issues encountered during staging installations. They will also harness their social media skills to promote the company and display their work. Keeping staging materials and supplies clean and organized is part of the job. Tasks include loading and unloading of staging materials and supplies, amongst other related duties.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently or with a team is necessary. Experience in home staging or home retail products is required. They should have a keen attention to detail with the ability to follow a pre-set design plan. They should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
They should be proficient in using social media platforms and be available for a flexible schedule that might include weekend and evening work. This job is part-time and contract-based with pay ranging from $19.00 – $25.00 per hour. The expected working hours will not exceed 30 per week. The job location will require in-person services.
