Currently, they are in search of a talented Home Stager to join their team. This role carries a highly practical nature, involving duties such as pulling and packing, home designing, furniture moving, computer-related tasks, and inventory management. The primary responsibility is to transform properties into appealing spaces that will captivate potential buyers. This position provides an excellent opportunity to exhibit design skills and contribute significantly to their real estate business.

The Home Stager will be required to work closely with real estate agents and homeowners, understanding their staging visions and goals. The role also demands the selection and arrangement of furniture, decor, and accessories to create a pleasing environment. The incorporation of current design trends and styles is essential for the attractiveness of the staging.

A key aspect of this role involves managing multiple staging projects, ensuring their timely completion and delivery. Additionally, the maintenance and organization of the staging items inventory are part of the responsibilities.

Certain skills are expected from prospective candidates. These include the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, general computer and app skills, strong sales skills for the effective communication of staging value to clients, and excellent project management skills to oversee various staging projects at the same time.

The pay rate for this job spans between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour with an expected workload of 12 – 20 hours per week. Addiitionally, this is a hybrid remote role, allowing for a flexible schedule. The work location is based in Hutto, TX 78634 and follows a Monday to Friday work schedule with no night or weekend shifts.
