As a Buyer’s Agent, the individual will work on transforming team-generated listing leads into appointments. They will utilize well-established methods for turning expired listings and FSBOs into appointments. The role involves advising sellers on the advantages of partnering with this team to maximize their sale price. Successful completion of the PLACE Agent Launch program is a requirement.
Additional responsibilities include participation in team activities as per team ethics. Allocate time for weekly personalized coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls will be necessary. The role also demands expertise in pricing strategies, staging homes, and other listing-based services. They will be negotiating potential offers on sellers’ behalf. A part of the job will involve maintaining records of all activities and interactions with clients through PLACE Technology.
The ideal candidate must possess a natural zeal and a competitive edge in sales. They should be adept at creating connections, understanding client requirements, and finding appropriate solutions. Prospecting and lead generation should be their strong suit. They should be effective at handling objections and must excel at communication to provide excellent customer service.
