The primary role of the successful candidate will be to transform team-generated listing leads into scheduled appointments and use established methods to convert expired listings and FSBOs into appointments. Commitment to completing the PLACE Agent Launch program is expected. Participation in team activities following team standards is also essential. Weekly engagement in one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls will be a regular part of the role.
They will also need to show skills in pricing strategies, home staging, and other listing-related services. Expertise in negotiating offers on behalf of sellers will be essential, as will maintaining records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
The ideal candidate will have a natural drive for sales, demonstrating excellent prospecting and lead generation skills. They should also be adept at handling objections and providing outstanding customer service. Other requirements include being a licensed real estate agent and having at least two years of experience in real estate sales.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary, as is a willingness to learn and a focus on growth. The role requires an organized team player with a mastery of scripts and dialogues and exceptional time management capabilities.
