They need to maintain accurate records of all activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and a competitive edge in sales, besides being skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing solutions.
Prospecting and generating leads should come naturally to the candidate. They should be adept at handling objections and providing exceptional service. They should be an effective communicator and a collaborative team member. A licensed real estate agent with over 2 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
