The recruited agent will be required to complete the PLACE Launch program and implement PLACE lead generation strategies weekly. They will be responsible for interacting with potential buyers, overseeing property selections, and negotiating real estate deals for both buyers and sellers. Records of tasks and activities must be maintained accurately using PLACE Technology. It’s necessary to conduct two open houses each month, convert lead generation efforts into scheduled meetings, actively engage in script practice sessions as per team rules, participate in team activities, and attend weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
Moreover, these professionals will also communicate with potential sellers, handle listings, manage property marketing, and apply specialist knowledge in pricing strategies and other relevant services.
Ideal candidates for this job are naturally driven sales professionals with a competitive streak. They must be proficient in building relationships, comprehending client needs, and suggesting beneficial solutions. Experience in lead generation and addressing objections is desirable.
