The Sales Representative’s primary role is to act as a trusted guide, assisting homeowners, Realtors, and partners in making informed decisions about home staging. They are expected to help clients visualize possibilities, cultivate trustworthy relationships, and consistently deliver excellence. Their work contributes largely to the growth of the company and the transformation of the communities they serve.

They need someone skilled in identifying new business opportunities for the mission of the increased home value and space transformation. They want a team player who can build and sustain lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers, always leading with love and integrity. The representative must be knowledgeable about the company’s services and unique selling points, ensuring confidence in both conversations and presentations.

The Sales Representative will be tasked with developing and implementing personalized sales strategies from prospecting through to closing. This role requires the preparation of persuasive proposals and presentations that highlight the company’s excellent work. They will negotiate contracts, close deals, consistently exceed sales targets, and keep up-to-date records in the CRM. Their role also extends to attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as a representative of THE STAGING COMPANY.

It’s a full-time role with a pay range of $69,000.00 – $97,000.00 per year. Benefits include an employee discount, flexible schedule, paid time off, paid training, professional development assistance, commission pay, and uncapped commission. The working schedule is Monday to Friday and the work location is in person.
