Additionally, they will ensure regular system updates and track important deadlines. They will be the main liaison for all parties in transactions, including opening escrow accounts and ensuring all paperwork is in order. The assistant will also provide regular communication updates and prepare all relevant transaction documents.
Marketing and branding support is also a crucial aspect of this position. They will partake in creative marketing campaigns and work closely with the marketing team. They will help make high-quality videos and other marketing materials and brainstorm new ways to improve client engagement.
The individual will act as the first point of contact for clients, provide updates, and ensure efficient communication. They aim to build lasting relationships and offer proactive services. When the realtor is unavailable, they will assist with the presentation of homes and open houses, coordinate key setups, and organize other logistical tasks. They will also manage the realtor’s schedules and tasks, ensuring smooth operation.
Further responsibilities include property management tasks such as organizing contractors and handling monthly payments. Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or personal assistance is desired.
