Voila Staging & Design is looking for a part-time Sales professional within the Home Staging domain. The particular location of work is the greater DC Metro area, meaning VA, DC, and MD. In terms of remuneration, the compensation will be commission-based, offering a flexible schedule.
They are looking for an active Realtor who can generate and close home staging projects in the DC metro real estate market. It’s seen as an excellent chance for the potential candidate to make additional income and expand their network.
The hired individual will be mainly responsible for generating staging leads via their real estate network. Their core duties would include building relationships with agents, sellers, and investors, presenting and closing staging services, and efficiently coordinating with the team on project execution.
To be eligible for the role, the potential candidate needs to have an active real estate license (VA, DC, or MD). A robust local network is necessary, and the individual should be self-motivated and professional.
