Transformations by Jill, a professional home staging company based in Glen Allen, VA, is hiring. They need an experienced Assistant Home Stager for a part-time role. The pay starts at $15.00 per hour. The expected working hours, which are flexible, range between 15–25 per week. Their working schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

For over 13 years, Transformations by Jill has served 75+ realtors in the Richmond, VA area. They specialise in vacant and occupied staging for homes, short- and mid-term rentals, and investor properties. They are characterized by dedication to professionalism, creativity, and exceptional results.

The company is looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual with preferably two years of home staging experience. The chosen candidate, who is expected to be flexible, professional, and energetic, will assist the staging team with preparing properties for real estate sale. Duties will include installing décor, organizing inventory, and assisting with logistics from the warehouse to the field. Training will be provided where necessary, and opportunities for advancement into Lead Assistant or Lead Stager roles might arise.

Key responsibilities will be helping with staging installations and styling homes for sale. The candidate will arrange accessories and décor to accentuate architectural features. After a house is sold, they will need to repack and organize items (destaging). Other tasks include maintaining organization in the warehouse and driving personal vehicles to job sites (mileage is reimbursed after 30 days, as per policy).

Qualification requirements include at least two years of home staging experience, effective time management, and multitasking skills. Strong communication, a team-first mindset, the ability to lift 35+ lbs, stand for extended periods are also required. A professional appearance and demeanor, and a positive attitude and strong work ethic are preferred. The candidate needs to be comfortable using a phone, text, and email for team communication. They must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel within the Richmond metro area.

Details of the job include a flexible schedule and mileage reimbursement after 30 days (per company protocols). There is growth potential for leadership roles. The chosen candidate must begin each day from the Glen Allen warehouse.
