Compensation is flexible and can be arranged as the base salary plus commission or commission-only, depending on the preference of the candidate. They offer a starting salary of $40k, and first-year earnings are projected at $73k or more. The earning potential is limitless, and by the second year, it could exceed $80k. The role of an Interior Design Sales Consultant involves encountering clients and offering personalized design advice. There will be full responsibility for the sales process, starting from the initial consultation, quoting, order placement and all the way to follow-up. The ideal candidate is a sales professional passionate about design, has prior experience in interior design, sales, project management, and conducting in-home consultations. Having a background in real estate, home staging, or retail design is a plus! The candidate should display excellent skills in communication, a knack for thriving in a fast-paced multitasking environment with an optimistic, solution-focused approach. Being familiar with Quoterite or similar sales tools is a plus, but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate.
