The company is looking for a creative and meticulous Part-Time Stager/Designer to join their growing team. This person will stage properties such that they reflect the company’s signature style and accentuate each property’s market appeal.

The main responsibilities include staging homes using the company’s inventory to produce tempting, on-brand environments. Additionally, the candidate will assist with decisions regarding furniture and accessory placement, styling and layout. The ideal candidate will compile professional design reports with recommendations for each room.

They will conduct property walk-throughs and take meticulous inventory notes. Minor logistical tasks such as installing lockboxes on properties are also expected of the candidate. Collaboration with the design team and real estate agents to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations is also part of the role. The candidate will keep staging inventory at the warehouse and on-site organized.

Previous experience in home staging, interior design or a related field is preferred. A strong sense of design, color, and spatial planning is needed. The ability to lift and move furniture and decor items is vital. The candidate must be highly organized and reliable with excellent time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are expected. Comfort in working independently in client homes and communicating with team members is also important. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.

The role is part-time, comprising approximately 15–25 hours per week. Schedules may fluctuate depending on project load and flexibility is required.

The job is part-time and offers $23.00 – $26.00 per hour, with expected hours of 15 – 35 per week. The work location is in-person.
