They are seeking a friendly, driven individual with excellent organizational skills for a part-time role. The individual will be tasked with aiding in the entire home staging process, which includes selecting and packing inventory for staging and restocking inventory once the staging is done. The role also involves assisting on the day of staging by helping to hang art, steam bedding and work with the moving team to assemble furniture.

It’s important for the candidate to have robust communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. The perfect candidate for this position is highly organized. They’re looking for someone who’s not only driven and humble but also sociable. The ideal person will be someone who is timely, attentive to detail, able to listen well, and responsible.

The candidate should take pride in bringing positive representation to the company, especially when interacting with clients. The job requires regular lifting and moving of furniture so the candidate should be capable of lifting at least 35 lbs. The job will involve standing for extended periods and generally requires good stamina.

While having experience with inventory systems is a bonus, it’s not a prerequisite. The job responsibilities will involve regularly selecting and packing inventory, working efficiently with the staging team as well as independently, and having dependable transport. The commute to Chantilly, VA should not exceed 30 minutes.

The candidate should be able to work flexible hours and maintain a tidy and organized work environment. This refers to both the properties and the warehouse. The candidate is expected to maintain a professional appearance, be punctual, have a clean driving record and the ability to drive a cargo van.

The job is part-time, paying $22.00 – $25.00 per hour. The expected work hours are 20 to 30 per week. The work will be carried out in person.
