Staged2sell is a reputable home staging company located in Hampton, Virginia. They offer specialty services in staging residential properties, ranging from condominiums to multi-million-dollar spaces and everything in between. They are in search of an individual with both experience and self-motivation to join their professional logistics team.

This position involves handling daily processes for staging a property such as packing, loading, securing and transporting furniture, art, and accessories from the warehouse to the staging site. The role also puts great emphasis on maintaining all staging inventory in the warehouse and during transit to and from staging locations. It calls for a creative imagination and effective space planning in both the truck and warehouse environments.

The ideal candidate for this role is a team player who is driven, attentive to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively. He or she must be punctual, communicate effectively, and have problem-solving abilities. The value of team spirit, being able to take direction as well as ownership is pivotal. It is important to note that the job requires moving a lot of furniture and as such, calls for the ability to lift 70 lbs. on a consistent and regular basis including up and down stairs.

In this role, there will be a collaborative work arrangement with the staging team and Operations manager regarding coordination, load prioritization, vehicle use, establishing team success benchmarks, ordering supplies, providing quality assurance, and supervising installation. The role also entails managing the warehouse layout, and storage needs particularly with efficient utilization of limited space.

This position is moreso made for active individuals who prefer fast-paced work environments.

Additionally, the job necessitates a clean driving record for handling a 20 ft box truck for daily transit to and from properties. The candidate will also have to coordinate project schedules with Stagers and Operations Manager, maintain warehouse inventory, follow daily “worksheet” for each project, and keep inventory data base entries updated.

The job comes with full-time status and an hourly payment rate of $20.00 – $23.00. It also features benefits including paid time off and operates in an 8-hour day shift from Monday to Friday. This role is a hybrid remote based in Hampton, VA 23681.
