They have an immediate opening for a dedicated and hard-working Experienced Home Stager, specifically someone who has a keen passion for what they do and a remarkable work ethic.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of previous staging experience. They are looking for someone who can work quickly yet with great precision and attention to detail. The candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate high levels of creativity, and show evidence of strong leadership skills.
Excellent communication and organization abilities are necessary, as is an approach that proves the candidate is not afraid of taking responsibility for their work – the ‘buck stops here’ kind of mindset. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a positive, growth mindset, continuously focusing on solutions rather than dwelling on what’s wrong or not working. Reliable transportation to and from their Carnation warehouse is a must.
Primary responsibilities would include designing, planning, organizing all aspects of the staging job with other team members. This also includes creating and installing amazing designs in homes. The chosen candidate will be expected to select and pull inventory for staging, pack small accessories into crates for transport, and be physically involved in all matters of home staging such as packing and unpacking, organizing, lifting, and carrying inventory, as well as designing and installing staging at the property.
After the stage and destage process, they are also responsible for cleaning up including tasks like vacuuming, swiffering, dusting, cleaning glass/mirrors, and steaming beds. Other responsibilities include restocking, unpacking boxes, and organizing inventory at the warehouse efficiently and punctually.
