A home staging company based in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Home Staging Assistant. They are professional home stagers who transform properties into stunning homes, aiming to achieve quick sales at higher values. They are looking for someone dedicated to design, detail, and delivering outstanding results.

The Home Staging Assistant is a flexible, project-based role ideal for someone experienced and confident in using their eye for design in a fast-paced, creative environment. Furniture arrangement, décor placement, and the handling of logistics from start to completion form part of your tasks.

As an assistant, setting up and breaking down home staging projects will be part of your role. You’ll have to handle, load, unload furniture and décor with both care and efficiency, all the while achieving a high standard of styling for viewings and photographs. Furthermore, organising and ensuring the quality of all staging items will be in your hands.

Also, managing logistics on-site and meeting deadlines are important. You’ll need to communicate effectively with team members and occasionally with clients. The ability to work alone during late hours is required, as is the ability to drive staging vehicles safely.

Candidates should have previous home staging experience and a strong eye for design, detail, and spatial awareness. They should be capable of lifting and carrying furniture and décor. A valid driver’s license with the ability to drive a van or box truck is necessary.

The individual should be physically capable of handling active, hands-on work and must be reliable, punctual, and professional. The company requires someone who is comfortable working independently during evening hours and has a positive attitude, great work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred skills, though not mandatory, include familiarity with interior design trends and staging best practices. The role could also benefit from your ability to handle small tools for minor adjustments and a problem-solving mindset with on-site flexibility.

This is a part-time role, and the pay is between $25.00 – $40.00 per hour. A minimum of 2 years experience in Staging/Interior Design is preferred. Commute to Bellevue, WA is also preferred for this role as it involves on the road tasks.
