Noble Design Staging is actively pursuing dedicated and trustworthy candidates for the part-time role of a home stager. This position is crucial in turning properties into homes ready for the marketplace. Individuals with a high level of physical stamina and enthusiasm for design are specifically being sought out. As of now, this role is a temporary one, set to conclude in August 2026, but there are possibilities of it becoming permanent based on the business requirements.
The candidate will be involved in numerous duties including assisting with packing, loading, and unloading of furniture, artwork, and other home staging accessories. They will be tasked with intentional selection of furniture and decor items to enhance the appeal of properties. The job also includes transporting staging inventory to and from houses and warehouses. The home stager will collaborate with the head stager to implement design plans and arrange items within the home.
They should maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards clients and estate agents. The candidate will supervise the staging process ensuring accurate arrangement according to the plan. They must handle and package staging items carefully to avoid damage. The role also includes managing project timelines skillfully, ensuring high quality throughout each staging activity. The candidate will apply principles of color theory, light design, and interior design to create appealing spaces that strike a chord with potential buyers or occupants.
It’s paramount to note that this position involves a good amount of physical work, including frequent lifting, carrying, and movement of heavy items such as furniture and boxes, as well as standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods during the staging and de-staging process.
The right candidate for this role should be available to work between 10 to 20 hours per week with flexible timings based on client needs. They might have to work during some evenings and weekends as well. They must have a dependable vehicle for transportation for both personal use and transporting staging materials. Experience in home staging, interior design, real estate marketing, or a related field would be a plus point, but training can be provided to suitable candidates with no prior experience. They should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills along with an eye for detail.
The pay for this role will be between $24.00 and $27.00 per hour. The successful candidate can also look forward to a flexible work schedule. This role requires in-person work.
