The position being offered is for a Home Staging & Design Associate in Seattle, WA. This is a full-time job that operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Paper Street Home Staging is in search of an individual with great attitude, strong work ethic, and a knack for design and aesthetics to fill this role. Experience in staging or interiors is a plus but not necessary as they’re willing to train a motivated learner.
The selected candidate will handle customer service responsibilities for realtors, home sellers, and builders. They will also provide assistance in designing and installing custom staging projects throughout the Seattle area. Collaboration with the Lead Stager and Co-Founder to select furnishings, art, and accessories is an essential part of this role. Taking part in packing, loading, unloading, and setting up furniture and decor, as well as cleaning and prepping homes post-staging, also fall under the job description.
Apart from these, they will be required to maintain organization in the warehouse, including restocking, inventory and product tracking. They will also be expected to use inventory software for tracking items and recording new purchases. It is crucial they stay up-to-date on interior design and staging trends as well. In addition, there is an option to support marketing efforts, if the candidate has an interest or experience in the field.
The ideal candidate is one who is friendly, professional, interested in design, proactive, reliable and works well in a team. They should also be physically capable of lifting and moving accessories/artwork weighing up to 50 lbs. If they have experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or social media content creation, it’s considered a bonus.
