The selected candidate will work closely with the team, participating in staging days, de-stagings, and behind the scene preparations. The twofold role of Staging Assistant & Studio Support will be centrally involved in the staging days, de-stagings, warehouse management, and design preparation. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, assisting with staging installations, carrying and placing staging items, and working with the design team on layout implementation and fine-tuning the finishing touches. Also, they will need to ensure the homes are clean, pristine, and ready for photography.

Other tasks will involve packing staging stock for transport, assisting with general dismantling and clean-up, and carrying furniture and accessories to and from the truck during de-staging. Warehouse duties will include furniture assembly, maintaining and organising inventory, disposing of packing materials, and keeping the warehouse tidy and efficient.

Additionally, they will be expected to support the design team by packing and unpacking accessory boxes for staging projects.

PURE is looking for someone with a powerful work ethic who can work effectively under pressure, takes direction, is able to help wherever needed, and has an interest in interior decor and home staging. The individual must be capable of physical work, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs. Ensuring reliability, punctuality, and consistency is crucial. They are interested in a positive, self-motivated team player who is detail-focused, proactive, and adaptable.

The pay range is $22-25 per hour based on experience, typically working 15-25 hours per week, with timings varying week by week. The work will be conducted in person, primarily in the warehouse in North Seattle, installs in Seattle, and surrounding areas. Health insurance benefits are available.
