T22T Studio in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Home Staging Assistant. The job offers a compensation of $23-$30 per hour depending on experience. The hours are approximately 30-35 per week, initially part-time with the potential to increase. The company is ready for an immediate start.

The studio needs a Home Staging Assistant who is creative and detail-oriented. This individual should have a strong flair for style and understand the impact it has on spaces. They need someone who loves to refurbish spaces to make them feel new and ready for the market.

Their job will include supporting the staging team by setting up furniture, art, and accessories. They aim to create photogenic spaces that highlight the properties’ features. While training will be provided, innate design sense is crucial.

The assistant is expected to help in sprucing up homes with styled furniture and decor. They should follow the staging plans and take directions from the lead stagers. The assistant will load and unload decor, accessories, and staging materials. They will work with movers handling large furniture items. They need to ensure each space is visually coherent, tidy and ready for photographing. Moreover, they should help in maintaining a structured inventory and workspace.

Necessary qualifications include a robust design eye and an excellent aesthetic sense. They prefer candidates who have beginner to intermediate styling experience. A background in interior design or a related field will be a bonus. The assistant should be comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment. They must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Additionally, the assistant should have a positive, team-oriented attitude and exceptional communication skills.
