A Home Staging company in Woodinville is seeking natural interior design enthusiasts with a passion for real estate to join their team as part-time Staging Assistants or Designers. They are looking for individuals who can excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong design sensibilities, and work effectively either alone or in a team. Those with prior staging or design experience are preferred for the Designer role.

This company, ReadySet Staging, is a major provider of professional home staging services across the larger Seattle area. They cater to major brokerage firms with their unique offerings. They’re growing their team with openings for both Designers and part-time Staging Assistants. The Staging Assistant role gives flexibility by letting you decide when you’re available to work.

Candidates should possess natural design skill, show willingness to learn and create high-end designs, pay strong attention to detail, and demonstrate capability to undertake tasks related to staging, warehouse management, and cleanup. Strong customer service skills, dependability, honesty, a people-oriented attitude, a team-player mindset, problem-solving abilities, self-drive, and the ability to work quickly are all valued traits. Candidates need to be professional yet retain a fun demeanor.

There are certain requirements for applicants, such as the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extensive time periods, having a valid driver’s license with a good record, access to a smartphone, reliable transport, technological proficiency for daily tasks, and willingness and ability to drive a transit van.

The Designer role requires full-time seasonal availability from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. There are possibilities for flexible scheduling for Staging Assistants, who will also operate Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, but must be available for at least three days per week. The seasonal nature of the staging industry means that full-time positions are given priority during busy periods.

Pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with benefits such as dental insurance, employee discount, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off. If applicants have any images of interior decor projects they have worked on, they would be very welcome to share them. Some positions may be considered seasonal due to the fluctuating nature of the industry, but the majority of team members do become permanent employees. While full-time positions will have priority over hours worked, it should be noted that hours cannot be guaranteed as they are subject to the current workload.

Candidates must have the ability to commute to Woodinville, WA 98072. The work location will be in person. In line with the application procedure, candidates are encouraged to share any existing staging or interior decorating experience they may have, though this is not a requirement.
