T22T Studio is on the lookout for a Home Staging Designer based in Bellevue, WA. This role offers a pay scale of $25-$32/hr depending on experience. The initial commitment is approximately 30-35 hours per week but with the potential to grow.
The suitable candidate would have 1-2 years of staging experience and a well-rounded knowledge about home staging. They are expected to create modern designs and take the lead on staging installations. Besides directing installations, the successful candidate would curate furnishings, accessories, and build polished spaces ready for marketing.
Their tasks include designing staging concepts, selecting decor items from the inventory, leading staging and styling installations. They shall work with staging assistants, movers, photographers, and perform the cleaning, styling, and readying of a home for photography. Additionally, they’d assist in managing inventory, planning projects, establish an effective inventory system, and conducting client consultations to understand the design objectives. Other duties include preparing detailed proposals, managing social media updates, tracking inventory check-ins and checkouts, and keeping the warehouse organized. They should also stay abreast of design and real estate trends.
The desirable candidate should have a strong visual sense, styling ability, and professional experience in home staging. Training or certification in interior design would be a plus. Other qualities include the ability to meet deadlines, do light physical work, strong communication skills, and a team spirit. The candidate must possess a valid driver’s license as well.
