Seattle Staged to Sell is a company dedicated to creating unique designs for each home they stage. They are well-known for their strategic, lifestyle-driven staging with a wide range of design styles that make a home stand out.

They are looking for an experienced interior stylist or designer, ready to make a quick impact. The new hire will assist senior designers in order to get familiar with the company’s systems, styling methods, and expectations. After sufficient training, the individual will transition into leading their own staging projects—from initial walkthrough to design concept and full execution.

The role requires the ability to confidently manage multiple staging projects weekly from start to finish. It is important for the individual to have strong organization and communication skills as they will cooperate with agents, homeowners, and team members throughout the process.

The role is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creative problem-solving. This home staging designer role allows the employee to apply their own design discretion with real creative autonomy using the company’s large and diverse inventory.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and execution of staging projects, developing design concepts, applying aesthetic judgement, communicating professionally with clients and teammates, and conducting home walkthroughs. They will also be required to take videos of their designs and installation days for marketing purposes.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in interior styling, visual merchandizing, interior design, or home staging. Relevant hands-on experience in interior styling, staging, or spatial/interior design is a must. Experience of using CAD is considered a plus.
