T22T Studio is seeking a part-time Home Staging Designer for their Bellevue, WA location. The pay ranges from $25 to $32 per hour, based on the candidate’s experience. Initially, the role will require 20 to 35 hours per week, but there is potential for it to grow into a full-time position.
The preferred candidate will have a strong interior design background or relevant degree. Creativity and experience in home staging designs are crucial for this role, and a portfolio showcasing both past staging and interior designs projects is required.
The tasks for this role include leading staging installations and styling homes for the market. The designer will choose and arrange furniture, art, and accessories. It will also be part of their duties to manage and organize inventory using tracking systems. They will conduct client consultations, prepare proposals, and work closely with the team, movers, and photographers.
Applicants should ideally have a minimum of two years of professional home staging experience within a staging company. They should have a strong flair for design and styling, and they must have experience managing and protecting inventory during handling and transport. Having reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license is a must.
