Lamb & Co, a fast-paced Real Estate company, is looking for a passionate Home Stager to join their team. They aim to work hard for their community and their clients.

This role is ideal for people who have a knack for interior design and visually attractive spaces. The candidate should have at least two years of experience in home staging or interior decoration.

As a Home Stager, one’s task is to transform properties to increase their appeal to potential buyers.

The role involves physically exerting activities, including being on one’s feet for 8 hours daily, frequent use of stairs, and hopping in and out of the staging van throughout the day.

The job requires the candidate to carry a couch with the assistance of another person, and heavy bins of kitchen items unaided.

It’s crucial for the candidate to collaborate with real estate agents and a lead stager, who will guide the vision for the home style.

The ability to carry or lift a minimum of 50 lbs for a certain time is a prerequisite. This role is physically demanding and the candidate should be prepared to sweat daily.

The person is expected to ensure that every staged property aligns with the prevailing market trends and buyer preferences. They will manage the inventory of staging materials and regularly organize the warehouse.

The ability to hang artwork and other decor independently is also a requirement. The person should be self-motivated and ready to work independently.

The post is suitable for someone who has proven experience in home staging or interior design, with a minimum of two years experience. Proficiency in sales techniques to stage properties efficiently is required. The candidate needs to understand lighting sales and its effect on staging aesthetics.
