Seattle Staged To Sell, an award-winning luxury home staging company founded in 2005, is seeking a Lead Mover & Driver to join its creative team. They are looking for individuals who are keen on elevating their moving and driving skills to create and transform homes, and turn empty spaces into beautiful market-ready homes.

The job at Seattle Staged To Sell isn’t typical. They are about working closely with talented designers in a creative ambiance. As a lead, you will manage staging projects ranging from high-end homes across Seattle and they promise all the necessary training and mentorship.

They promise growth opportunities, expecting you to show up, learn and contribute actively. You will drive and operate a 17’ box truck, load and unload furniture for staging and destaging projects, carefully pack and protect furniture, assist designers place furniture, lead and manage projects, report any damages or safety concerns and help out with warehouse tasks.

Ideal candidates are experienced, strong and dependable team players eager to learn, lead, and grow within the company. Those who do not have experience but can drive a box truck are also welcome, as they promise ample training.

All applicants are required to have a valid WA State Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. They should be punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, safety conscious and team players who thrive in a fast-paced setting. Having reliable transportation to work is a must.

The work schedule typically runs Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM -5:00 PM with possible occasional overtime.

Full-time employees, after 60 Days, will have benefits including hourly rates ranging from $22-$25 per hour guided by experience, Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, PTO for Sick days, Vacation, Short-term disability insurance, 401K with company matching, a dynamic, creative, and supportive work environment, Performance-based bonuses, and Employee Discount.

Part-Time Employees will have benefits including PTO, 401K with company matching, performance-based bonuses, and employee discount. The warehouse is located in South Park, Seattle. They also perform background checks but are open to giving second chances.

The job types are Full-time and Part Time, with a pay between $22.00 – $25.00 per hour and expected hours of 32 – 40 per week. While they require commuting, they are flexible. The job is performed onsite from Monday to Friday during the morning shifts.
