Staging for Charisma, a home staging firm based in the northern area of Seattle, is looking to add to their team. The firm specializes in transforming houses into attractively staged spaces that captivate potential buyers and drive faster sales. They are seeking dependable, energetic individuals who derive satisfaction from bringing life to ordinary spaces.

They are currently recruiting a physically fit, reliable, and detail-minded Mover to join their vibrant staging team. The chosen applicant will be instrumental in transporting, loading, and organizing furniture and decor in various homes, aiding in crafting beautiful and market-ready interiors. This position involves close cooperation with the design and logistics departments to achieve smooth, punctual and damage-free shifting.

Potential candidates should note that this position is for an experienced mover and driver. The chosen Mover’s tasks will involve carefully and efficiently loading and unloading various items like furniture, art pieces, rugs, and room accessories. They will be expected to transport these items between the company’s warehouse and different staging locations using company vehicles. The incumbent will also need to assemble/disassemble furniture onsite or at the warehouse, place or rearrange furniture according to design plans, and hang art pieces and mirrors without causing damage to the walls. The Mover will also need to communicate effectively with team members and staging coordinators.

Interested candidates must have prior experience in moving, furniture delivery, or a logistics role and must have professionally driven a box truck. A valid driving license and clean driving record are essential. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently or 150 lbs with assistance and should be able to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, professionalism, punctuality, and a reliable work ethic are necessary attributes. The candidate must also be open to working flexible hours depending on staging schedules. Background and reference checks are mandatory in the recruitment process. The typical working hours are Monday to Friday, slightly fluctuating around 9 AM to 5:30 PM, based on the company’s workload.

This position is full-time offering a pay range between $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. Benefits include a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, paid sick time, and paid training. The successful candidate will be expected to commute to Lynnwood, WA 98037. The job requires the candidate to be physically present at the work location.
