In the position of a Real Estate Project Specialist, you will be involved in different aspects of the real estate industry, making every day a new chance to learn. Your duties will include a variety of tasks such as house cleaning, running errands, assisting with home staging and participating in real estate sales activities. To handle this role efficiently, you must follow some requirements:
Possess a valid real estate license before the start date.
Be ready to engage in various real estate tasks that include calling leads, interacting with clients, showing homes, hosting open houses, crafting contracts, and negotiating with other brokers.
Assist with home staging by organizing and gathering furniture and accessories.
Carry out errands such as distributing flyers, walking through vacant properties, installing and removing listing signs and more.
Conduct pre-listing and move-out cleanings of homes, which include tasks like vacuuming, dusting, cleaning surfaces, washing windows, and maintaining appliances.

You must be a minimum of 18 years old, have a high school diploma, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, maintain an active real estate license, be capable of lifting 50 lbs and ideally have the use of a larger SUV or pickup truck.
