The candidate will also need to offer outstanding customer service by listening and tailoring cleaning routines to the specific needs of the clients. They will maintain a hygienic standard by properly sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas. They will also handle janitorial duties like restocking supplies, correctly disposing of waste, and ensuring cleaning equipment is in good condition. Assistance with housekeeper management tasks may also be needed.
The preferred candidate should have proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning settings with janitorial or custodial experience being highly desirable. They should be familiar with cleaning tools and products as well as floor care equipment. Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities are required. Physical fitness to carry out tasks including long periods of standing, bending, and lifting heavy items is necessary. Knowledge of laundry processes and sanitation protocols as well as safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is important. Having experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality will be advantageous.
This job offers contract terms and competitive hourly pay ranging from $24.00 to $30.00.
