Successful applicants will be expected to take complete ownership of their role in staging luxury homes worth more than $3 million, bringing the owner’s vision to life with precision and creativity.
They will need to be able to accurately select, arrange, and install furniture, décor, and artwork. Working with the design manager and the staging team to implement design concepts and staging plans will also be crucial. Ensuring that all staging materials are properly stored and cared for, and maintaining inventory are also key responsibilities in this role. The successful applicant will need to stay updated on design trends and be open to incorporating fresh ideas into each project to set their properties apart.
The company is interested in candidates with proven experience in luxury staging, exceptional attention to detail, capable of exquisite creativity, and who are team players. Candidates need to be reliable, punctual, and physically capable of hands-on work and moving furniture and staging materials. The individual will be required to stage and de-stage luxury homes. They will need to effectively select and arrange furniture, decor, and artwork with precision. Utilizing tools for hanging art and other installations while ensuring that each piece is displayed with care and functionality will also be crucial.
They will need to understand the differentiation between the company’s various staging tiers and apply the correct approach for each project. Working harmoniously with the design manager and the team will be important, and participation in channels for design updates and scheduling coordination will also be necessary. The individual will also need strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Prior work samples are highly encouraged to be submitted.
