Based in Issaquah, WA, the organization is seeking to hire a full-time Warehouse & Operations Manager for their real estate staging business. The potential candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management. This role is not just about managing a warehouse, but also being a “Puzzle Master” who supervises the flow of high-end inventory, operation of vehicles and coordination of an enthusiastic team.

This organization relies on a proactive leader who not only solves issues, but anticipates them in advance. There are several key areas this job oversees. Firstly, they are in charge of logistics and scheduling, handling all planning, crew management and ensuring seamless coordination between the design team and logistics teams. Secondly, the role involves warehouse operations & SOPs including managing of inventory, documenting of standard operating procedures and upkeeping of resources.

The Warehouse & Operations Manager will also maintain and administer the fleet, ensuring preventive maintenance, safety standards and organization. On-site leadership is essential in the position, as the candidate will be the main contact during installations and removals and be responsible for quality control and troubleshooting arising challenges.

The measurement of success in this role is based on logistics, maintenance of a well-organized warehouse, smooth installation processes and efficient problem-solving. Notably, managing an effectively running fleet is a cardinal part of the job.

The job offers an hourly pay of $34.00 – $38.00 with an expectation of 35-40 working hours per week. The work will be conducted in person.
