Located in Mukwonago, a hybrid business named Lavender & Birch Home Staging is undergoing growth. They are seeking candidates with a propensity for relationship building, especially those unafraid to venture into a room of Realtors. They value relationship-first sales and are in need of an individual who can complete a number of tasks.

The candidate would be tasked with constructing relationships with agents. This involves hosting coffee meetings and networking. In addition, the candidate would need to carry out listing consultations, secure home staging projects, and contribute to the growth of builder and investor accounts.

Their ideal applicant is self-motivated with an outstanding attitude. They appreciate candidates who can accept and follow instructions. They are looking for someone who is creative, innovative, reliable and a proficient communicator. They should also be hardworking, flexible, professional, and perform well with clients. The ability to multitask and manage one’s time effectively is paramount.

Certain requirements will need to be met. The candidate must be punctual for all meetings with clients and agents across the city. They should be comfortable utilizing text, email, and other online resources for managing leads and client relations. They need someone with a flexible schedule.

The compensation package is structured as such: for the first 60 days, $15 per hour compensation plus a 2% commission will be offered. After 60 days, the pay rate changes to $10 per hour, with a 4% commission on new client sales. After the first year of a new client relationship, an ongoing 2% commission remains. Experience in staging is not mandatory as the company provides training. There is potential for the position to evolve into full-time work.

The candidate is expected to be available from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. The job can be full-time or part-time, with the pay ranging between $15 to $25 per hour. The work will be carried out in person.
