Home Staging Assistant

Rethink Interiors & Lifestyles is hiring a Home Staging Assistant in Scottsdale, AZ. The assistant will support the design team throughout the staging and destaging process, working to make residential properties market-ready for clients. This position requires a positive, organized mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating with the internal team and moving crew. Attention to detail and adherence to brand standards are essential to success.

• Prepare accessory bins, linens, and styling supplies through assembly and packaging
• Arrange furniture, style beds, hang artwork, and apply interior design details
• Maintain warehouse inventory organization and equipment condition
• Interpret mood boards, pick lists, and space planning instructions provided by lead designers
• Create visually balanced, photograph-ready settings with proper alignment and visual hierarchy
• Manage truck supplies and marketing materials, maintaining inventory levels
• Conduct property inventories, on-site inventories, and warehouse counts
• Operate digital inventory management systems
• Handle client-facing communications in professional manner

The role spans multiple work locations including the warehouse, various properties throughout the valley, and shopping or errand destinations. The assistant must hold a valid driver's license, possess reliable transportation, and be comfortable driving a company truck. Physical demands include carrying up to 30 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Required qualifications include a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior experience in home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, or moving and warehouse operations strengthens candidacy. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is desirable. Professional Home Staging Certification or an Interior Design Degree is a plus. Familiarity with Hutch or Studio Designer software is advantageous.

This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, based in-person at various locations.
