Their main office is positioned in Arcadia, CA, with work responsibilities covering properties in Southern California, specifically Orange County and surrounding areas. The warehouse is located in Pomona, CA.

The position they are offering is that of a Freelance Home Stager. If you have a strong passion for interior design and love to create memorable spaces, this role is for you. This project-based position involves working with a designer and staging manager to enhance the visual appeal of diverse properties. The goal is to create impactful spaces that leave lasting impressions on potential buyers.

Your responsibilities will be to carry out on-site consultations to assess each property’s layout, design, and functionality. The development of tailored staging plans to highlight the property’s key selling points and target demographics is necessary. Sourcing and selecting furniture, décor, and accessories to create unified interiors is a core part of the job.

You will also have to coordinate the delivery, setup, and removal of staging items with vendors and team members. Arranging the selected furniture and décor to maximize space, flow, and visual impact is also your responsibility. You will need to collaborate with clients and real estate agents to address feedback and adjust plans as required.

Your role will also include maintaining an inventory of staging materials, ensuring their proper maintenance and storage. Staying updated with design trends, industry best practices, and local real estate market trends is a further responsibility to consider.

Requirements for the role include a proven experience in, or strong interest for, home staging or interior design. A keen eye for design and detail is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will also be crucial. Knowledge of space planning, furniture arrangement, and current home staging techniques are necessary. You will need a reliable mode of transport for warehouse visits, on-site consultations, and staging projects. There is also a need for flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
