Home Stager

Ardor House is a luxury home staging and interior design firm operating across Los Angeles and Orange County. The company is hiring a Home Stager on a commission-based, part-time arrangement to design and install staging projects that help real estate listings attract buyers and photograph beautifully. Properties are transformed within a 72-hour window from initial walkthrough to installation completion.

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Design and execute staging installations for active residential real estate listings
• Select and position furniture and decorative items from the company's existing inventory to match each property's aesthetic and market value
• Work with the warehouse and installation crew to coordinate timing and logistics for each project
• Prepare spaces to meet luxury-level standards and ensure they are ready for professional photography
• Have the option to source independent staging opportunities and handle installations for a higher commission rate

Ardor House compensates stagers through commission on completed work. Those assigned projects by the company earn 7.5% commission per job. Stagers who identify and execute their own deals receive 15% commission. There is no base salary; income is determined entirely by the number and scope of projects completed. Experienced stagers who develop their own client pipelines can generate substantial earnings.

Required qualifications and experience include the following:

• Professional background in home staging, interior design, set styling, or a related design discipline
• Strong visual design sense with the ability to assess proportion and create spaces that photograph well
• Self-directed approach to time management and accountability for project outcomes
• Access to reliable transportation for traveling to properties throughout the LA and Orange County service area
• Comfort working within a flexible, project-based commission structure
