Winter Park Lodging Company is hiring a Home Stager in Winter Park, CO. This position focuses on preparing the company's portfolio of mountain vacation rental homes for guest and owner arrivals by handling inspections, staging, and minor maintenance to ensure properties meet high hospitality standards.

Home stagers serve as guardians of first impressions, conducting thorough inspections of all vacation rental properties to verify security and cleanliness standards before arrivals. Beyond cleaning, the role involves styling each home to look polished and inviting, positioning pillows, finding hidden debris, arranging kitchen items, and ensuring every space feels guest-ready. The stager learns the specific layout of each property to maintain consistent setup across visits and becomes familiar with where furniture, decor, and amenities belong. During peak seasons such as the Christmas holidays, the position often includes overtime hours.

Key responsibilities include the following.

• Inspect properties in detail prior to owner and guest arrivals to confirm the home meets expected standards
• Learn the layout and furnishings of each property to ensure consistent setup upon each arrival
• Handle small repairs and minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs, tightening cabinet knobs, and clearing deck or porch areas
• Report significant cleaning and maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager and maintenance team
• Suggest improvements for each home to the Homeowner Liaison Team
• Complete detailed inspection checklists and communicate with coworkers via software and portable digital devices
• Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and report any vehicle maintenance needs to the supervisor
• Respond to guest requests as they arise, including delivering amenities or removing items
• During busy periods, strip beds and prepare sheets and towels for the housekeeping team
• Support other department projects during slower seasons
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required qualifications for this role are as follows.

• Ability to multitask and coordinate work among multiple team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word, plus ability to learn new software quickly
• Neat, professional appearance
• Physical capacity to lift 75 pounds or more
• Fluent English speaking skills (Spanish is valued as an additional skill)
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must reside within 25 minutes of Winter Park and this is not a remote position

The schedule is 40 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability required. Compensation is $22 to $23 per hour.
