Staging Crew Member

Naples Home Staging is hiring a Staging Crew Member in Naples, FL. This position combines physical labor with hands-on involvement in transforming properties for sale. The role centers on moving furniture and staging items, transporting inventory, and executing design layouts that ready homes for the market.

The crew member will handle loading and unloading furnishings, decor, artwork, and accessories from the warehouse onto company trucks, then transport these items to job sites. Driving the company truck to properties may be part of regular duties. At each location, the crew member arranges and positions furniture, hangs artwork, places accessories, and makes necessary adjustments to create appealing spaces. After photos or showings, the crew member carefully removes all staging items, packs them securely, and leaves properties in excellent condition. Warehouse maintenance falls under this role as well, including organizing furnishings, managing inventory, keeping the space clean and safe, and ensuring efficient operations. The crew member takes direction from lead stagers and follows staging plans precisely, works collaboratively to complete jobs on time, and maintains professional, respectful interactions with clients, real estate agents, and homeowners. Minor tasks such as basic cleaning, assembly, disassembly, and touch-ups may also be assigned.

Requirements for the position include the ability to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 pounds. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating the company truck. Previous experience in moving, furniture installation, warehouse work, or construction labor is helpful but not necessary, as training is provided for the right candidate. The crew member must work well in a team environment, follow direction, maintain a professional demeanor with all parties, and be reliable and punctual. Flexible hours are essential, as staging jobs typically occur on weekdays with occasional weekend work. Expected hours range from 20 to 40 per week.
