Sold By Ashley & Associates is hiring two part-time Staging/Office Assistants in Bogart, GA. This hands-on position suits someone who enjoys physical work, collaborates well with others, and wants to help prepare homes for sale. No previous staging or design background is necessary.
The role centers on moving, arranging, and installing home furnishings and décor to stage properties for photography and buyer showings. Day-to-day tasks include the following:
- Assist with transporting, unloading, and positioning furniture and staging items according to plans
- Help ready homes for professional photography and client showings
- Maintain the staging warehouse in an organized and clean state for ongoing projects
- Remove furnishings and décor from properties once sales close
- Handle client belongings with care and professionalism
- Install, take down, and collect real estate signage and lockboxes at properties
- Run errands, obtain supplies, and help coordinate deliveries as assigned
Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle access
- Physical capability to safely lift, move, and carry furniture with support when necessary
- Comfort performing sustained physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Availability during standard business hours on weekdays, with schedule flexibility based on staging needs
- Capacity to take direction, work both independently and alongside team members, and complete new tasks
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Constructive attitude toward feedback and learning
The position offers $15.00 per hour, with expected hours ranging from 5 to 20 per week. Work is on-site in Bogart.
