Client Experience Creator

tongg+partners is hiring an Interior Stylist in Honolulu, HI. This role involves staging homes to highlight their best features and attract prospective buyers. The position encompasses the entire staging process, from initial setup through final removal, along with managing project schedules and maintaining detailed inventory.

Responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients about staging options using their existing furnishings
• Executing complete home staging installations, including packing, unpacking, and decorative styling
• Physically moving and positioning furniture and décor items, typically with one additional person
• Arranging van rentals and transporting materials around the island
• Communicating proactively and clearly with clients to establish expectations and coordinate timelines
• Upholding tongg+partners design standards and customer service practices
• Managing projects with both short and long timeframes

• Strong communication abilities

• Capacity to absorb new information quickly

• Skill in creative design and project coordination
• Comfort with technology platforms for task management and shared calendars
• Physical capability to lift and relocate furniture

The role is based in Honolulu with travel required across the island for client projects and supply coordination. Compensation ranges from $30,000 to $36,000 annually for this full-time position.
