Home Stager / Staging Associate

Home Enhancement is hiring a Home Stager / Staging Associate in Garden City, ID. This role blends interior styling with hands-on furniture moving and project work to convert vacant properties into market-ready homes using the company's inventory of furniture and accessories. No prior staging experience is necessary; the position emphasizes a strong design sense, organizational ability, and capacity to work autonomously.

This is a physically demanding role. The associate will spend roughly 90% of time working with the Logistics Coordinator to move, place, and remove furnishings across staging projects. Physical capability and design execution are equally central to the position.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Choose and arrange furniture, artwork, and decorative items to establish attractive, unified interiors
• Execute staging setups independently following established design guidelines
• Transport, unload, position, and install furniture and accessories
• Maintain the staging warehouse in an orderly state with ready inventory
• Prepare properties for professional photography sessions
• Manage logistics related to installations, inventory tracking, and project coordination
• Service staging inventory through cleaning, repair, and upkeep

Candidates should demonstrate the following qualifications:

• An intuitive sense for interior styling and design
• Capacity to regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfort with sustained physical labor throughout each shift
• Dependable, punctual, and meticulous in execution
• Independent problem-solving and work habits
• Constructive approach and readiness to adapt as needed
• Current driver's license and clean driving history for potential company vehicle operation

Prior experience in staging, interior design, visual merchandising, warehouse work, or furniture moving is valued but not required.

Home Enhancement envisions growing this associate into a Lead Stager position within 12 months, taking on client consultations, design strategy, estimate preparation, schedule management, and operational oversight. The company offers paid time off and expects 32 to 40 hours per week at the Garden City location.
