Real Estate Assistant – Licensed Agent

They are in search of a licensed real estate professional ready to gain practical experience through working with an active, top-performing team. They need a driven and dependable person who can handle multiple real estate tasks efficiently and support them in offering first-rate service to their clients.

Your primary role would involve aiding with property viewings. You would also be required to meet photographers and other service providers at listing appointments. Furthermore, you would actively participate in home inspections and final scrutinies to ensure everything is in order.

Your duties would also extend to assisting with the preparation for home staging and carrying out light organization tasks. Additionally, they would rely on your valuable support to run various real-estate-related errands and tasks.

This job can be full-time or part-time, with pay starting at $20.00 per hour. You should expect to work for approximately 25 to 30 hours each week.

They offer a flexible work schedule. Regular shift would be a 4-hour, Monday to Friday. However, you may need to work some weekends as required.

Holding a driver's license is a vital requirement for this role. Additionally, you would need to have an Illinois Real Estate License.

For commuting, your ability to travel to Saint Charles, IL 60174 would be preferred.

Finally, you would be expected to carry out duties at a physical work location.
