A Real Home Away is hiring Home Stagers and Staging Teams for Furnished Rental Setups in Indianapolis, IN. Each project spans from initial property assessment through final photography, with stagers working alongside a remote project manager who coordinates orders, vendor scheduling, and project timelines while the on-site team executes the design and styling.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Perform initial property evaluations before closing and complete required onboarding documentation
• Monitor arrivals of furniture, fixtures, and other items using provided tracking sheets
• Assemble furniture pieces as needed (larger items are typically handled by furniture vendors)
• Install curtain rods and window coverings following company guidance
• Style rooms according to provided design specs and staging layouts
• Report any problems like damaged goods, missing items, or sizing issues for quick resolution
• Submit required onboarding forms through Breezeway on schedule or communicate any needed adjustments with the project manager
• Ensure the property is fully styled and camera-ready before the scheduled photography session

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Background in home staging, interior design installation, or furnished rental preparation
• Strong attention to detail with ability to achieve a naturally polished aesthetic
• Consistent daily availability for communication using Telegram
• Comfort navigating task management apps and submitting photo documentation
• Personal reliable transportation and access to basic hand tools
• Physical capability to move and position furniture and decor items
• Solo stagers and small staging teams both welcome to apply

Pay starts at $1,900 per project, with the final rate confirmed based on property size, additional spaces, and assembly requirements. Contractors receive payment upon project completion. A Real Home Away offers continued opportunities for qualified partners as the business expands into new markets.
