This person will be instrumental in staging approximately 50-70 homes per annum, turning empty properties into stylish, market-ready homes that potential buyers will find appealing.

Job responsibilities include managing their team’s comprehensive furniture and décor warehouse to stage and unstage homes. The part-time home stager will also be responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is always neat and prepared for upcoming projects.

Part of the duties involves coordinating movers for the transportation of staging materials. Here, the company covers the mover’s expenses. The home stager is also expected to assist movers in lifting and repositioning furniture in each home.

The company provides an opportunity for the home stager to earn additional commissions by taking on extra staging projects outside the company.

The company offers $35/hr as the starting pay, with the company taking responsibility for payment of all movers. There is flexibility in scheduling based on the needs of each project. With a steady workflow of 50-70 stagings per year, access to a fully stocked staging warehouse, and an optional trailer, the company also encourages the growth of independent staging businesses on the side.

The ideal candidate should have experience in home staging, interior design, or a natural talent for creating remarkable spaces. Though, this is not a compulsory requirement. They should be physically capable of lifting and moving furniture, have strong organizational skills, and possess a keen eye for detail. Reliable transportation is needed, along with the ability to efficiently manage schedules and coordinate movers.
