Doug Ashy Building Materials is hiring a Stager in New Iberia, LA. The position involves preparing properties for market by enhancing their visual appeal to prospective buyers and collaborating with real estate professionals throughout the staging process.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate properties and develop staging plans designed to boost their market positioning
• Choose and position furniture, artwork, and accessories to establish welcoming interior spaces
• Work with real estate agents, property owners, and photographers to schedule and execute staging sessions
• Track staging materials and maintain their condition
• Monitor emerging design styles and suggest improvements to staging methods

Candidates should have:

• Background in interior design, home staging, or similar work
• Solid grasp of color theory, room layout principles, and design aesthetics
• Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Home staging or interior design certification (preferred)

This is a full-time, onsite position based in New Iberia, LA.
