Home Stager

Staged To Move LLC is hiring a Home Stager in Arnold, MO. The position involves transforming residential spaces into appealing, market-ready environments by using creativity and practical skills to help homes sell faster and at higher prices. The role offers part-time work across diverse residential settings, from new construction to established homes.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Arranging furniture, decor, and accessories to showcase the home's strongest features and create an appealing setting for potential buyers
• Preparing spaces with cleaning equipment to achieve a polished presentation
• Safely lifting and positioning accessories, artwork, and plants as needed
• Working with clients and real estate agents to understand their goals and provide customized staging solutions

Qualifications and experience:

• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design, staging, or similar areas is preferred but not required
• Comfort using ladders, hand tools, and cleaning equipment in various environments
• Experience in outdoor or variable work settings is advantageous
• Strong customer service abilities and skill collaborating with clients and colleagues
• Capacity to follow detailed instructions with close attention to detail throughout staging projects

This part-time position offers 24 hours per week at an hourly rate of $18 to $20. Work takes place on-site in Arnold, MO.
