Expected responsibilities include graduation from PLACE Launch, Buyer/Listing and Web Lead Conversion Certifications. You’ll need to implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly. You will consult with buyers, secure agreements, and search for appropriate homes. Negotiating offers for both buyers and sellers will be part of your role. You will use PLACE Technology to monitor tasks and hold 1 to 2 open houses monthly.
Your duties will also involve converting prospecting and lead generation into engagements, participating in Script Practices according to team norms, engaging in team activities, and committing to weekly training and coaching sessions. Consultation with sellers, lead conversion into listings, and effective home marketing are also critical tasks. The role demands skills in pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services.
Beckman’s Real Estate is looking for a sales professional driven by intrinsic motivation with a competitive spirit. They look for individuals who excel in building report, listening, finding solutions, and overcoming objections. The ideal candidate is also adept at converting leads into appointments, has strong communication skills and at least 2 years of sales experience in real estate. Holders of valid real estates licenses and team-oriented individuals who are highly organized and skilled in time management are desired.
